Add an External Link To your Show Page

If you want to upload a file to your show page you can do so from the Event section >Files & Links tab in the Admin Dashboard.

To add an external link, click the blue "Add Link" button found on the top right. From there you will be able to paste in the url for your link, create a label for your link and designate the link as one exhibitor will need to agree to read/follow.

Label - The label is a the text of how the link will be displayed and shown to exhibitor.

Require Agreement - If this box is checked then the exhibitors will be asked to read and check off that they agree to follow the rules and regulations outlined in the link before entering the show.

Link URL - This is the full url/website to get to external link. 

Save - Make sure to click Save when you are done.

Editing a link

If you need to make any edits or updates to your link, you can click the blue pencil icon in the row listing the file. This will open up the file screen for you to either edit the label, update the Require Agreement field or replace the link if needed.

Where will the link be listed?

After adding the link it will show up on your show homepage under the Files & Links section.
