Setting Up Exhibitor Numbers
Setting up Exhibitor Numbers is easier than ever! With just a few clicks, your exhibitor numbers are automatically created and ready to print.
Does your show use Exhibitor Numbers or Entry Numbers?
Exhibitor numbers are assigned to each exhibitor, not to each entry. Exhibitors with multiple entries will be assigned just one number which is used for all of their entries.
Click Here to set up Entry Numbers.
Step 1: From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Event section, Settings tab.
Step 2: Scroll to the Backtag Type section. In the dropdown, click Exhibitor Numbers, then Update Event.
Step 3: Navigate to the Exhibitors section and click the Exhibitor Numbers tab.
From this screen, you can customize your exhibitor numbers to the number of digits you'd prefer along with starting number. We recommend setting the number of digits to 3 for shows expecting 100 + exhibitors. You can also Backfill Numbers to fill in any gaps in numbering created by deleted entries, etc.
Where can I find the exhibitor numbers?
Exhibitor numbers can be found in two other places:
- Exhibitors Section
Go to the Exhibitors section in the Admin Dashboard> In the top right corner, Download the exhibitor numbers.
This option will give you a detailed spreadsheet with the exhibitors' assigned numbers and personal information.
- Check In section
When checking in exhibitors, the exhibitor number will be located next to each exhibitor's name.
Quick Tip- We recommend that exhibitor number tags are given out during check in OR at a separate table using the exhibitor number spreadsheet that was downloaded from the Exhibitors section.
