Setting Up Entry Numbers

Setting up Entry Numbers is easier than ever! With just a few clicks, your entry numbers are automatically created and ready to print.

Does your show use Exhibitor Numbers or Entry Numbers?


Using Entry Numbers assigns a specific number for every entry, whereas Exhibitor Numbers assigns one number per exhibitor.

Click Here to set up Exhibitor Numbers.


Step 1: From the Admin Dashboard, navigate to the Event section, Settings tab.

Step 2: Scroll to the Backtag Type section. In the dropdown, click Entry Numbers, then Update Event.

Step 3: Navigate to the Entries section and click the Manage Entry Numbers tab.

Step 4: As needed, adjust the settings to configure your entry numbers according to your needs.

From this screen, you can customize your entry numbers to the number of digits you'd prefer, along with starting number. We recommend setting the number of digits to 3 for shows expecting 100 + entries. You can also Renumber Entries to fill in any gaps in numbering created by deleted entries, etc.

Where can I find the entry numbers?

Exhibitor numbers can be found in two other places:

  1. Entries Section

Go to the Entries section in the Admin Dashboard> In the top right corner, Download the entry numbers.

This option will give you a detailed spreadsheet with each entry's assigned number and information.


  1. Check In section

When checking in exhibitors, the entry number will be located next to each exhibitor's entry.

Quick Tip- We recommend that entry number tags are given out during check in OR at a separate table using the entry number spreadsheet that was downloaded from the Entries section.
