Setting Up Online Sponsor Form

Follow the steps below to create an online sponsor form for your show:

Add Basic Information:

Navigate to the  Sponsors Section located in the Admin Dashboard. Begin by filling in the info text box with anything you want your potential sponsors to know. This could include basic information about your show, what sponsorship money goes toward, if the donations are going to a registered non-profit organization, etc. For a non-cluttered appearance on your sponsor form, keep to one paragraph.

Tip: You could copy and paste part of your sponsor letter into this box if you have a letter already done. After pasting, you may need to adjust some spacing. You can upload your full sponsor letter to the Files & Links Section of your Admin Dashboard.

Choose to pass on fees or not: 

Use the toggle button to choose whether or not you will pass on the 3.5% processing fee to sponsors. If you do not pass it on, the show will absorb the 3.5% fee for sponsor payments. This toggle only affects sponsor payments, not exhibitor payments.

Create your Sponsor Levels:

Click " Add Sponsor Level" to create each Sponsor Level for your show:

A pop up box will appear where you can fill in the details for the Sponsor Level:

If you want to create multiple options within one Sponsor Level, choose to "Enable Modifiers." For example, you could have a Grand Champion Level, but add modifiers so there is a Grand Champion sponsor for each individual show:

Choose the type of amount sponsors will be able to pay for that level: fixed, ranged, or open:

Tip: If you want an amount to be something like "$500+", choose "ranged amount" and then leave the max amount blank.

If desired, you can choose to limit the number of sponsorships available at that level. If modifiers were used, this will be the number available for each modifier. 

Fill in the details/perks for each sponsor level:

After creating and saving all of your sponsor levels,  go to your show homepage, then click "Sponsor Show." Here you can see what your potential sponsors will see. Go back to your Admin Dashboard > Sponsors to make any updates or changes.

Manually Add In Offline Sponsors

Click " Add Sponsor" to add any sponsors that were collected offline so they show up on your homepage. Note: this can only be done AFTER sponsor levels have been created. Any sponsor added must fall under a specific sponsor level in the system.

Sponsors who sign up and pay through the online form will automatically be added to your show homepage and do not need to be added in manually.
