Overriding Late Fees

If an exhibitor enters a show but doesn’t pay online ahead of time—or adds additional entries later—they may automatically be charged a late fee when paying at a later date or on the day of the show.

To prevent or remove these late fees, you can manually set their entry date to a time before the late fee period began.

1. Find the exhibitor

Go to the Exhibitors tab in your Showman Dashboard. Locate the exhibitor from the list.

2. Adjust the Entry Date 

Click Set Entry Date.

Select a date that falls BEFORE the late fee period began. 

Click Save to confirm.

Once the entry date is updated, view the exhibitor’s invoice—the late fees will no longer appear.
